A standard spline is a spline shaft produced with the component rolling.
It fundamentally has a unique feature for all the usages compared with a past spline, and it has wide coverage as a spline shaft for the torque transmission.
Our company is having standard goods of various sizes of this spline on hand, and use this standard spline for the design and the product as well as the case to use a standard Migaki steel bar, please.

The axis spline: A basic size of large diameter (dk) and small diameter (dr) is assumed to be the maximum size.
The hole spline: A basic size of large diameter (Dk) is assumed to be a lower limit. To center it accurately with the broach tool guide part, small diameter (Dr) is assumed to be an allowance of HB.
A center match becomes tooth side match.
